No, I looked it up before I replied. Theyre high in oxalate which is one of the most common causes of kidney stones. I already knew most nuts contained high amounts of oxalate but I thought almonds were an exception.

Windows Defender (which is already installed and then activated once you remove/deactivate Norton) is fine for the vast majority of users.
