I had my credit card number used somewhere in New Jersey to buy cigarettes. I was absolutely livid. At least try to buy a fucking TV or something with your damn stolen credit card information. That just absolutely destroyed my self esteem to know my card is only worth some cigarettes. ._.

I don't really see the comparison, but I'm tainted by awareness I suppose given that Ninja Gaiden is some douchebag doing all these tricks with a basketball while telling you to come and get it if you can (and proceeds to kick you in the crotch for good measure), while Dark Souls is that friend who gives you tons of shit but will celebrate with you at the end when you succeed.

Basically Ninja Gaiden is a dick. Fuck Awakened Alma on MN. I'm still salty after all these years.

Could also find a gift centered around her interests. "Saw this and thought you'd like it" or something like that, then segue into the direct approach.

There wouldn't be much advantage to it IMO. The prosecution gets to enjoy the PR, and the evidence from what I've seen weighs in the state's favor. From a cost-benefit standpoint, I'd say the benefits from taking this to trial (stronger charges, exposure, etc) outweighs the convenience of a plea bargain.
