can you help me with my behavior issues?

One reason they do this is that the drive through has expected average time for delivery. When they ask you to pull away they can mark yours done and bring the next people up.

My local McDonalds in the morning never puts my order in when Im at the speaker. They do it when I get to the window then cash it out and hit done. So its literally like a 5 second time. It brings down the averages for later in the day when it does get busy.

its similar in that the FtM in your case is getting hormone therapy that gives them a massive advantage whereas Fallon Fox "inadvertently" had hormone therapy for their entire life because they were born in the wrong body and got to have male phisiology for two decades before stepping into the ring with a bunch of girls who DIDNT have that advantage.

generally the idea of putting transgenders into combat sports is fucking stupid and it is going to end up getting someone killed.

I am no lawyer but regardless of how she felt at the time, she made a mistake. How is that not at least manslaughter? Could it be a potential slippery slope if the court start to accept certain excuses for accidental killings?

They really shouldn't exist for the most part. This basically gives her the defense that, yesshe was in the wrong apartment, but she was also within her rights to murder the tenant because she felt scared he existed.

Doesnt there at least have to be some kind of threat of violence though?

My understanding is that lack of knowledge that your actions are illegal is not a defense. As such what she thought at the time is irrelevant.
On the other hand, how someone felt toward the victim can be used to convict them of a crime in itself. So maybe what she thought at the time is relevant.

I was obligated to attempt to keep him alive and bring him to the hospital.

Inmate health care is severely overrated for some reason.

If an elementary school student went septic you'd try to save them, too, right?
