it's the company's money, not the devs'. devs get paid to do the work.

They hired those creative smart people though, give them a spot in the company where they are

in control of their creation.

What? I believe she was internally destroyed by Ubisoft, notice she has not been able to created ANYTHING.

They hated her and Patrice as creators who wanted to control Ubisoft , he however has managed and fought back getting his AC like 1887 IP which will probably be revealed next gen, he put out some Monkey Game but that's just a Tech demo
