I do think he's expanded his support in the steady Republican states or even the lean ones, such as Ohio or even Florida, but states like Nevada and Arizona have moved more and more steadily blue since he's taken office. When I went to college I tried to see the history of the school graduation rate, what school system it was in, etc. Like how you fall into a fake school. If you're charging a low rate to entice students then the people you're likely targeting are those who already live in poverty, like the majority of the Indian population does, and that has limited access to the internet, which itself is already heavily censored.
