Amazing to think that Bill Mikkelson got -82 in just 59 games played! That inaugural Washington Capitals season was so incredibly terrible.

1993-94 was the last time anyone even hit -50, presumably because of the decrease in goal scoring since then (and slow of expansion).

I don't want everyone to get too excited, but Andreas Athanasiou is -31 through 28 played games (Wings have played 30 total)... which if continued, would exceed the NHL record -82.

It's a daunting task considering, for example, last year only had two players finish below -30 and the lowest (Ristolainen) was -41

But if there's a team that can help make this happen, surely it's this year's Detroit Red Wings...

This team is on pace to do a lot of things that are not good. It's a good chance they're the worst team thus far since the turn of the century.

I've never actually played any game with Lightning in it

But that top 5 was so underwhelming, Lightning got my vote from that point on anyway! Just based on design, she's better than most other characters I know nothing about, so she does have that going for her, I guess. So I think she may be a decent character? Congrats to the Lightning fans!

I'm really hoping that next contest is the contest Galuf can make a good run in. There's a bunch of others I'd like to see do well, but I think he's really due.

The Leafs are already half way there too, give it another month of Babcock.
