Well tc could be great at the art but be such a horrible and unattractive person that it goes no where afterwords.

An ugly, mean girl could say the best things but, well, what good would that be when you meet up? Her lines are scripted to "the art" and shes ugly.

Lmao ok you're constantly showing how little you understand it. Artists spend hours in the studio making pieces and experimenting with stuff they never release.

Same for me. I can easily show off the girls I do succeed with. Doesnt mean it didnt take work for me to get there.

And by any metric I do just succeed

Psychologist Petra Boynton has stated that there is "no evidence of effectiveness" for any claims of pickup artists

A big part of game is learning and having an abundance mindset. If I got 300 girls numbers this year, 15 is a very small sample size with which I choose to experiment. Doesnt mean I wouldnt get these girls out eventually...and if I dont theres always more girls. Also I like how you had to fudge the numbers to make your point lmao. If the 3/15 (20%) that replied I get 2 out on dates and sleep with 1, is 1/15 even a "bad" success rate lol. I get 15 numbers in a week or so....

No, I'm a pick up artist because I'm doing it with purpose and intent. I'm trying out some new texts to see how effective they are. I'm not texting "hey" or anything dumb. I created a new text I can send to girls, and am testing it out on this sample size of 15 to see how many respond. If the number is too low, that text doesnt make it into the rotation. In a few days I'll try a new text. If more girls reply to that and it's a good text, it makes its way into the regular text rotation and I'll save the text to my templates.

But hey, go ahead and continue showing how little you understand about pick up artists

I googled it, 3 seconds later:

Most obviously, it communicates to the audience just how important escape has become for Arthur. He wants to shut himself away from the world completely, and the fridge provides a quick and easy way to do just that, but only temporarily.

Then there's a more metaphorical reading of the decision. Gotham is presented to us as a cold place, in which whatever the character does he's punished for. The fridge can be understood as a representation of Gotham itself; it's cold, cramped, uncomfortable and suffocating. The character feels like he can no longer breathe, which is reinforced his consistent laughing which often appears to choke him.

However, our favourite way to read the scene is that it's a form of rebirth. The fridge can be seen as a womb of sorts, with Arthur climbing inside taking the fetal position and emerging anew as Joker. This also reinforces the idea that he's a product of his environment - cold and dark.

Another would be that it's a suicidal fantasy, which would explain why it quickly cuts to him lying on the bed. In the first act of the film, we see Arthur's fantasy of meeting Murray play out on the screen, and perhaps this is just another case of that. Others have been quick to point out that he'd have been unable to get out once he climbed inside, so it's certainly plausible. Nevertheless, it works brilliantly as a metaphor for being born again.
