some company's these days like to go the extra mile in being dicks by screwing over their ex employee in other company's by giving fake reasons or worse they ban their employee from working in the same type of work with a contracts which get's in the way if finding a another job
there was a time when i was pissed at my old manager who didn't promote me for the 4th year so i was trying to quit since i found a another company with better pay but he said he won't let me go if i quit then he will not let me work in the other company since he knows the HR team over there

To me it seems doing it for environmental reasons contradicts curving climate change.I prefer the ice we have stay were it belongs.

seeing that ME is getting hotter every year due to climate change trying new approach isn't that bad
if this works it could open up a way for other country's to solve their water problem plus the ice melts there sometime due to the heat wave sometime reaching there so at least trying to save some of it is better than to let it just melt in the sea as a waste

the last HR team i dealt with were great people heck they always nagged on our managers for better cafeteria foods for us plus more safety training and rules which some of them hated doing
then there was a time we had to work on our day off the HR called the Dept head on why were they were not ether adding the extra days on our yearly vacation or overtime

the HR head guy was one of the nicest people i remember from my old job

everyone agrees that xenogear is a victim of time table and budget which led it to disk 2 being a freaking slideshow and we all found out about as more came out about it but we still saw the dev put effort in to the game and tired to not cut comer as much as possible with what was dealt with their hand at the time
plus back in the day we didn't have DLC or patch to fix it then
unlike now where SE spend half a decade to bring only the freaking midgar portion should tell you that they are doing it on propose to drag it out in to as many an episode they can
