Even if you average that students have maybe $25000 in debt, that 1.5 billion will only help about 60,000 students. Sounds like a great idea but that's a lot of money to not help that many students overall.

Her going mad is not as big of a twist/deal that people are making it out to be. There were several signs she was going to go crazy within this season and even more in the previous ones. Her decision to raze Kings landing was brutal and sad but not particularly surprising.

This is the least of this season's issues, which there are a lot of.

It felt rushed though, it's not so much that it happened as the way it happened. Most people I've seen complaining complain about how rushed everything, including that, feel more than anything.

Honestly though, yeah there's worse issues. I know my contenders, but I don't doubt that some people would disagree. Matter of opinion all around, and totally fair honestly.

They have done experiments with people where they have done almost this exact thing - stuck people in a room with no clock and no other external clues of time and allowed them to control the lighting to decide when they went to sleep. What they discovered is that people will maintain their sleeping patterns for a few days after the experiment begins then, interestingly, they will naturally shift to a 27 hour rhythm - up for 17-18 hours, asleep for 9-10 (with sleep usually broken up in the middle by an hour or two's wakefulness, which is how our bodies are actually supposed to run and how they did run in the times before artificial light was a thing - the ancient Greeks considered that period to be prime snogging time).

You guys are extremely confident that you could survive without basic necessities for two weeks. Prisoners in solitary confinement are still given some time out of the hole and time to use a toilet/take a shower, even go outside. And they're usually not stuck in that space for two weeks at a time.

You have no toilet or way to clean yourself in this situation. Your mind is the only source of entertainment/stimulation. But apparently all anyone on this board needs is a bed and a light switch to survive. Enjoy waddling in your filth and smelling your poop for 14 days.

I'm not surprised though. A lot of this board thinks it is okay with pressing a button to randomly kill 100 people around the world for a million dollars.

You should probably add the stipulation that there is a rope or gun or something lethal in the room because there's no reason to not do this if your psychosis/paranoia/PTSD/depression/suicidality magically disappears after 2 weeks. I highly doubt anyone on this board would survive more than 5 days without killing themselves in that situation given the chance.

Imagine being so weak-minded that you believe youd be ready to kill yourself after five days of isolation in a comfortable setting, and presuming everyone else would be as well. Thats absolutely pathetic.
