Dead Money is really divisive on who liked it and who hated it. Personally, it's one of my favorite DLCs ever. People hate it because it's one of those the-game-takes-all-your-stuff-and-you-have-to-scrounge-around-to-survive kinda things and also because you have to navigate around the area in a strategic manner and not just sprint through everything with guns blazing like you have been in the wastes.

It does have its flaws, but if you can slow yourself down and think about things and take it easy it's got amazing story, characters, lore, environment, art direction, and exploration.

For me, Honest Hearts was the dud of New Vegas DLC. Super boring and they didn't do nearly enough with what they had there.

Tried watching one of his podcasts the other day because Arin Hanson was the guest and man... I tried really hard but had to turn it off about a third of the way through. Awkward and uninteresting and the four hosts were terrible.

Two sets of sheets and blankets if you're going to be sharing a bed. Eliminates the fighting over warmth problem, the feeling like the blankets are too small problem, and the everyone likes different materials/weights/heat problem.

I'm torn on my love of Kubrick's "The Shining"

Kinda feel the same way. Amazing cinematography and set design and music but jesus, the way the characters were written and performed.

Jack is a psycho who hates his family from the start. He acts so impatient with them in pretty much every interaction that it feels like there's barely any change from normal Jack to hotel Jack.

Wendy is a quiet, weak-willed yes man who always looks like she hasn't slept in a week and almost got drowned in a river. I have no idea why Kubrick wanted her to be such a mess all the time, but I didn't like it.

And Danny, I don't know about him. No charisma on his own or with his fellow actors.

I'm mostly mad about Jack since he's the physical human aspect of all the interesting stuff (as opposed to the supernatural happenings). Jack was predictable and Wendy and Danny were boring and unsympathetic.

So it was a good movie with a lot of great elements, but it could've been much better if the characters had any kind of growth or change.
