Hmmm, wasn't familiar with that version of the Little Busters OP. Pretty much all versions of that song are great though.

Also this Sakamoto OP is a lot better than I remembered it. I guess I disliked the show enough that some of that feeling bled over to the OP also? Idk.

Caligula OP also great. Think I've got a soft spot for OP's that use color schemes like this one. (also similar to Sakamoto, funnily enough)

I'm generally opposed to anything that cites "justice" as a motivation in these kinds of situations, which is usually just a dressed up way of saying "revenge".

Legal punishment should be used to act as an effective deterrent and to protect society from dangerous criminals, and it shouldn't go an inch farther than what's necessary for those aims.

At least if I were the one judging, you could provide sufficient justification for impeachment just by copy-pasting the president's Twitter page and calling it a day, and I don't think there's anything just on his Twitter that amounts to a criminal offense?

I don't think perceived lack of electability is a major factor among people who don't support Sanders. I think it's a fundamental disagreement with his policy ideas.

I'm not convinced the police made the right decision here, but I also don't see this as fitting in with whatever broader narrative of police violence I suspect you guys are trying to peddle. Any action they could have taken might have had direct consequences on innocent lives and it doesn't seem like a case where it's easy to say in the moment what the right choice is, especially when you consider that they also are actively trying to save the life of the hostage. (Making an option like "wait and engage later" seem less appealing than it otherwise would be)

Question while I'm thinking of nominations: One show I have in mind has an opening theme song that plays in every episode, but it basically just plays over the first 1-2 minutes of the actual show rather than having it's own animation sequence, so the visuals are different every time. Is this allowed?

I have no idea what a villain ranking for Kiseki would look like overall, but Azure at the top is pretty much a lock. Don't think any of the other games came even close on that particular front so far.

CS2 probably 2nd for me also mostly because Vita is great and also Osborne does some stuff and he's always been good.

Shirley that low pains me but honestly I wasn't big on her in CS3 either. She was a lot better in Ao imo. (Still only like an upper-mid tier character but whatever)

Well, (Trails in the Sky the 3rd) I'm told that in the Evo version of Sky The 3rd the Grandmaster is given a female voice actor for the Door where all the Anguis and the Grandmaster "appear" and talk to each other. Take that to mean whatever you will.

If there's anything I'm irritated at so far it's ERASED.

I do really appreciate though that it was obviously not just a list of the 100 most popular shows and that they gave shoutouts to lesser known great shows like Kyousougiga and Flip Flappers. Also I never saw this one but it was a huge surprise to see The Flowers of Evil in the top 25. (at zea?)

Also my average rating for shows on the list I'd seen was something like a full point higher than my average rating for anime in general? I guess that means I like the list

I guess for some a warning would be nice, but I would think with this kind of project, it goes without saying that spoilers would be present and should be expected imo. Otherwise, many characters would be difficult for writers to convey their thoughts and feelings toward without being frustratingly coy.

It is a murder mystery setup and in the first game you are supposed to think that she dies within the first hour of the game.

Of course she's become sort of an icon for the series with the public at large so it's easy to not blame Polygon too much, but yeah.
