Sort of like how Richard Dawkins refuses to debate creationists or allow Intelligent Design/"God Did It" to be taught in science classes based on the notion of the simple fact of allowing it legitimatizes the claims. So say future President Ricardo Graab in 2035 is accused of kicking a dog and never did it. He would have to drudge up witnesses and go through a circus trial and hand over documents and testify and waste all this time just because his opponents are trying to fuck him. And they could do it over and over again. That's the answer to the topic title anyway. This is the Administration's official stance on why the constant blocking is "justified." They're claiming the impeachment would be over in seconds after instantly proving Trumps' innoence if they let these guys testify but they just want to protect the future so so badly. --- |

| Guns_of_Verdun 12/14/19 5:49:36 PM #1 | The gameplay comes out as a seemingly normal remake like RE2make but then in a twist ending (With subtle foreshadowing via clever dialogue alterations) they reveal that Jill and Calos were actually the ones behind all this shit and Nemesis was some poor sap (Maybe Billy Coen) they were expertimenting on that didn't die and was just trying to stop them Maybe even as a secret extended ending you have to unlock by like finding all the documents or completing side-quests to recontextualize the entire series. That's the real reason Jill "Survived" all these insane scenarios and then "Accidentially" was "Brainwashed" to go help Wesker take over the world. That's why she never interacts with Ada. That's why she never helped Chris or Claire in Europe becausing bumming around Raccoon City was more important to "Investigate Umbrella" That's why she never bothered to help Barry find his daughter on that silly island or lifted a finger during all those animated movie diasters. Maybe Carlos was Hunk all along in a wig. Then RE8 is about what her and Carlos are doing now as the "other rival company" that was causing the shit to go down in RE7 behind the scenes.
