You might benefit from some therapy or a massage. Yeah, fortunately I was contacted by an organization that helps crime victims. They hooked me up with a therapist there, and I've had two sessions so far. I'm not really sure where to look for massages though. Like, I know there's plenty of spas and shit around here, but I imagine I need like a medical-grade place that takes insurance, not an expensive one attached to a gym or something. --- |

Like, he was only 10, had no signs of being sick, but then randomly during a vet visit for constipation, they discovered he had multiple organ failure, was dying, and we had to put him to sleep, out of fucking nowhere. (I was already under a fuck ton of stress before this, dealing with police and lawyers and therapists from being involved in an assault last month when some stranger attacked me in public.) Everyday this week I've had headaches on and off, with sensitivity to light, similar to migraines. Anyone ever experience stuff like this before? I know stress can cause migraines and headaches, but I dunno when to get worried about it or go to a doctor. --- |

See, the sweat you produce when under stress (i.e. competing in a tourney) is thicker and had different compounds than normal cooling sweat, which makes it produce stronger body odor. In addition to that, a lot of people that compete in these things are eating on the go, in other words, stuff like fast food. Your diet and what you eat can affect your body odor and make it stronger as you sweat it out. So take all that and add it on top of cramming a large number of people into a space with lots of electronics, which makes it pretty warm, and, well, yeah. It's gonna be pretty smelly lol. Probably the only way to eliminate it would be to give all entrants a prescription strength antiperspirant the day before, since showering beforehand won't accommodate for the stress/diet elements of the stank. --- |

We got a new laptop earlier this year with 8gb, and it runs Photoshop, but not as smoothly as I want. I'm working with some pretty big image files so memory usage is a concern for me. Also I may be using Adobe Premiere for video editing in the near future as well. Is video encoding based more on GPU or RAM? --- |
