Nothing is being actively removed.

Previews had V on screen talking to her partner in an elevator, and V on screen getting out of bed and brushing her teeth before starting her day. Now they're going to be entirely first person. How is that not removing anything?

where did I say you'd explore 3rd person lol. I was picturing more like Deus Ex HR, where even though it's 1st person you still see plenty of Adam while playing and he's in all the cutscenes. The game was heavily advertising creating your own custom character, but at the same time they're actively removing opportunities to even see them

This is seriously making me consider cancelling my preorder... cinematic cutscenes are the reward for slogging through first person gameplay. Being entirely first person just feels like some shitty home movie.

I definitely still want to play it but will be busy with Astral Chain and Borderlands 3 the next several weeks. Hopefully the PS4 version will be patched by the time I get to it.
