No. Her inventory does not include items she took with her when she left. So the March Ring was just gone. At the time I was just still hoping there was still a way to recruit her back and that she would still have it. Getting Flayn back would have been nice too. >_>

Fun fact about that BE chapter, xp:

If you do not defeat Flayn with Byleth, Flayn is actually killed. Defeating her and Seteth with Byleth allows them to live.

When I played that chapter I had no idea that was even possible. I initially killed Flayn but decided I wasn't happy with that result and Divine Pulsed it away. I then ran Byleth over from the other side of the map to try and talk with her. That doesn't work. I tried to see if their in battle conversation would change anything, it didn't seem to. I couldn't think of anything else and eventually KO'd her with Byleth to end the map. I was shocked that she didn't die because I wasn't expecting anything special to happen.

She didn't give me back my March Ring so my efforts were ultimately for naught.

It would be cool if they did but FEH didn't really do much when Fire Emblem Warriors came out. There were a few event maps but the FEW characters didn't get into the game. FEW and Tokyo Mirage Sessions weren't eligible for FEH's yearly popularity poll either.

DLC2 means Dante is a lot more likely to make the cut. The biggest factor against him was the DMC games were not on any Nintendo systems. This problem has since been rectified.

In an interview about a year ago they said that XCX would be difficult to port to the Switch:

Dancer Rinea would be pretty cool. Although, I was really hoping to see what they would do if Rinea made it all the way to the Farfetch'd Heroes 3 banner and they needed to make something up for a character who doesn't fight at all. Releasing her as a Seasonal is kind of cheating and also likely means we'll never get original Rinea.

Edelgard route Chapter 11 and 12 spoilers.
I made Flayn my dancer and gave her my March Ring. She obviously can't give back the Dancer class but she didn't give back the March Ring either when she left. I hope you did better. It's hard to do worse. >_>

I think Edelgard being the Flame Emperor is pretty easy to guess before the reveal. Perhaps too obvious sometimes to the point where it feels like misdirection when it isn't. Like they tend to make a point out of Edelgard disappearing whenever the Flame Emperor shows up.

At one point Byleth is talking with the Flame Emperor and Hubert comes in to distract Byleth so the Flame Emperor could Warp Powder away. I figured there was no way Hubert of all people didn't see the Flame Emperor standing there so it had to be intentional.

IIRC there's also a scene in an earlier chapter where Edelgard gets mad at you if suggest that the Flame Emperor and Solon were connected. She doesn't like Solon's group much. >_>

No, it just ends your exploration day and I think you miss out on instructing. However, you still get the weapon exp from the Goals you have set on your characters.

This roughly means Aether Raids only needs to be played half as much. This significantly increases the power of the Escape Ladder since you get the same number of retires for fewer battles. Also fewer battles in total makes it more likely to simply not have any defenses during a day.

If he doesn't stick to the Edelgard route, he can recruit Hilda. That's what I did after I beat Edelgard's route and reloaded my save from before the split to do the other route.
