I've always found that if I'm well prepared then that enables me to give confident answers.

Gotta ask yourself which of those is going to be useful in a global sense. Yes you could say Mandarin but actually I think French has the greater spread globally. You already have Spanish so add French to that mix (not to mention English that you already know) and that is a lot of the world covered.

It's mental health that causes shootings, not the gun!

About as naive a statement as "guns don't kill people! People kill people!"

I'm actually surprised though, I've not seen anyone use that "argument" in any thread about mass shootings.

Mass shootings are the extreme end of the spectrum but yeah their is a problem with younger people being told how amazing they are and then not living up to that.

Any wonder why depression, anxiety etc is so high amongst people in their 20s.

This is the argument that I disagree with the most so far

"hard workers aren't rewarded". Unions are protecting you from needing to be the "hard worker". The guy who puts in 5-10 extra hours a week and emails in his off time so he can get that extra $1500/year

The company has hired you to complete a task -- you're saying it's a bad thing that you're not rewarded for doing that task with 110% of your energy? Just do your job and go live your life. In the union you don't need to be busting your balls all day every day. Making your job a lower priority in life doesn't make you lazy, work shouldn't be #1
And for those who want to work hard and earn more money for that hard work and deliver more value?

You're literally screwing them over.

For some people, their work is the #1 priority in their life.

You're right but I think that work is there for those that want it.

I think there needs to be a distinction made between being essentially exploited by doing extra work for nothing and being paid for extra work as overtime or working on your days off.

Extra work is there for those that want it but it's not required or expected or even demanded. You should always be paid for your work.

No one (with any sense) is asking for revocation... just changing it will do... like ya know, an amendment.

The media isn't to blame... This isn't something that happens in other countries (that's not to say it hasn't on rare occasions) - this is solely an American thing.

Mass shootings that get big media attention aren't the ones happening every day. And these happen because of how easy it is to access guns and how easily said guns can kill.

Vanilla with patches is fine.

Personally, I would have tribunal expansion just for the enhanced quest log but then the assassin will be a real pain for a newcomer.

Two mods I would recommend, when you're ready, are graphic herbalism and fair magicka regen. GH lets you pick flowers etc rather than opening them as containers. FMR gives you a small amount of real time magicka regen, enough to make pure spellcasting bearable.
