I thought the pegboards were easy as well.

I mean, I wrestled & played football all throughout school. From 7th Grade to College. Then I decided to become an MMA fighter for 4 years (that went no where). Currently, while on a very minimal workout schedule I can bench 395lbs. I've been an athlete all my life, but alot of it has to do with just genetics as well.

Like, what do you call those crossfit things when somebody does a pull up, but they go all the way to the top of it and do a dip? I got that on my first try as well...don't think I've ever done em since.

Not BSing, I'm a regular on the MA/Fitness board. Been posting videos for years of me lifting and fighting and stuff. Something that most people can do that I can not is whistle and snap my fingers. I'm pretty sure thats genetics as well.

I still don't believe it, no offense. I've never heard of anybody doing a one armed pull up without specifically training for it, even genetically gifted lifters or fighters.

Then there's @Shablagoo who says he can do it even though he doesn't work out.

Yes. Always have been, just genetics. I don't kick my legs or anything.

In wrestling practice coach use to have the team try and do these to get out of conditioning. "Anybody who can do a one handed pull up right now can skip conditioning."

...after being able to skip conditioning twice in a row coach stopped using that as an ultimatum. I could also do the peg climb...apparently nobody had been able to do that in the ten years since the school was open...it was a cake walk.

Some people are just made differently.

https://youtu.be/nJtNsehdT5o

dude what. pegboards are easy.

Shablagoo posted...
Yeah but just like one or 2. Dont really work out or anything, just decent genetics and not very old yet.

you and the above dude have to be BSing. there's no way you can do one armed pull ups with no training. it's insanely hard, even for elite calisthenics guys

Her name's Tavi and she's a fashion wunderkind. She's the latest guru of the fashion world, due to her clever and tasteful insights on fashion trends, displayed on her blog. She's been profiled in many fashion and non-fashion publications, including an 8 page profile in the New Yorker. She's been invited to front row seats at the most prestigious fashion shows in the world, landed a monthly chronicle in Harper's Bazaar, made the covers of magazines like Pop or Love or became the muse of the awarded fashion designers Kate e Laura Mulleavy.

Her blog is genuinely compelling. It's the eptiome of je ne sais quois because we're not sure what it is exactly that Tavi has, but it's a VOICE. It's different. It's new. It's fresh. Sometimes it's even a little cheeky. But in an intelligent way.

Her self-portraits are incredibly edgy and artistic, her knowledge and fresh perspective on fashion rivals Vogue editors, and her bio is deliciously Sedaris-ish.

Salutations! Im a vertically challenged 12 year old that could fit inside your purse. I like to think Im a mix of Little Lu Lu and Iggy Pop, with a bit of Snoop Doggy Dog. I spend my time wearing out crayons and watching Arthur, and taking a rest now and then to try out the latest Margiela DIY, which has most recently resulted in a tire around my neck. I take part in a rap group with a pirate, and we write about Japanese designers and furry vests. Pleasure to make your acquaintance.

I love going there. I'm from/in California and try to make visit once every couple of years.

Honestly I'm jealous of my cousin who moved there earlier this year. I thought she'd hate it but she posted on IG how much she loves it. She was born in FL, childhood in Kentucky, and high school and college in Nebraska, so totally opposite of big city girl.
