Then I started getting in the habit of eating cereal every morning and stupidly enough, I would be starving by 9-10 AM. So I'm eating again... I eventually ended up gaining like 5 pounds because of this in 2 months. So now I just drink a protein shake (almond milk) in the morning. Usually at 5:40 AM or so, as I have to leave for work at 6 AM. But the protein shake will hold me until 12-1 PM. Just doing that alone helped me lose those pounds I gained eating cereal for a few months.
