I have a few buddies who are COs and they either subscribe to the "Brotherhood" or they don't. Those that don't are treated differently.

TC is obviously a person who likes to start things and then play dumb, but he's not 100% wrong. There are inconsistencies because what's "offensive" is too much based on "what's offensive to ME" and not the transparent, concrete criteria some want to pretend it is.

The tip should be automatically covered in the total price of the meal. The customer shouldn't have to be burdened with this.
