Really annoyed me if I wanted to watch Netflix that I couldn't turn the screen off, and the battery life was abysmal so it lasted maybe 2 hours. Had some solid games, though. Don't think anyone can debate that. Switch is a solid upgrade in pretty much every way, IMO. Saw MCR with Rise Against (probably my favorite band of all time, although their new stuff leaves something to be desired) back in high school and they put on a great show.
