This was my first thought. Im not familiar with the screen does the ground on the top left mean anything? If its a Pokmon type, then it wouldnt be cyndaquil.

I had a coworker at one time who always swore that IHOP ribs were one of the best ribs they ever had. I have never personally validated their claims, but we used to always joke about it.

Loved this game as a kid. Enjoyed the different casino themes and having random interactions that could be a positive or negative outcome.

The Black Eagles route is also the shortest with 18 chapters while the other routes have around 21 and 22 chapters.

Harry Gregson-Williams composes the music for speed. He also composed the music from Metal Gear Solid 2 and on.

I was just remembering that episode about 2 weeks ago. I had a co-worker ask someone else Are you OK? Do you want to talk about it? I couldnt tell if they were being serious, but it reminded me of the episode.

I thought the ending of 2 was a big deal. Spoiler warning for the end of Arc 2. Arc 2 ends on a really downer ending with the catastrophe wiping out most of the life on earth and Arc and Kukuru sacrificing their lives to protect as many as they could, but not too many survive.

Yes, I have played all of the games in the series. I really enjoyed the characters and remember the story was interesting.

The series is a grid based turn based RPG, except for the last game. One of the big concepts in the original trilogy was bringing characters from the previous game into the sequel. They also had a bounty hunter job system to earn extra cash which I thought was a cool system.

Arc the Lad is about 8-10 hours to get fully through it and ends on a cliffhanger.

Arc the Lad 2 is a continuation of the story from 1 with a new set of characters. It took me about 120 hours to finish, and had to spend a lot of time grinding to level the characters and still felt really under leveled going into the final boss. I remember just barely beating the final boss.

Arc the Lad 3 takes place many years after the second game with a new set of characters. I think it took me about 80 hours to completely finish it.

Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits has all brand new characters and used an area movement system instead of a grid but is still turn based. I really liked the story and characters with the focus on two opposite factions and how their stories intertwine.

Arc the Lad: End of Darkness completely changes to a action RPG. Was a loose continuation of Twilight of the Spirits, but had the ability to summon characters from throughout the series. I cant remember much else about the game though.

As you may have already researched, each chapter has 1secret level. They are all labeled as level 9 of the chapter. You wont skip any levels because once you complete it in chapter 2, you will move to E2M6.

When I played it as a kid, I always used the cheats to get through it. Since it has come out on the Switch, I think this is the first time I am playing through it without cheats and I can really appreciate the game now. Playing it on Hurt Me Plenty difficulty seems like just the right balance. I am around the same point as you TC, a few levels into the Shores of Hell!

Although the show is shorter and probably easier to watch in bursts, I hope it doesnt distract you from getting to the next movies. Cant wait to hear your impressions of Guardians of the Galaxy.

I cant blame you for having a tough time deciding. I personally cant really pick out a top 5 because to me, so many of the movies are really good and have excellent moments between them that I just cant put them into a definitive order.

Still curious to see the new ranking. Hopefully you have had time to think about it.

Awesome, so glad you watched this movie relatively quickly after Thor 2. The Winter Soldier is still one of my top MCU movies. Captain America was my favorite Avenger from the start of the MCU, but this movie really did him justice and probably swayed a lot of people in becoming a fan of his.

I have a good idea on your ranking of the movie just based on your comments during, but cant wait to see your revised ranking!

I agree, go into the movies with an open mind. I would try not to let anyone influence your perception of the movies before going into them.

I would hope the discussion would only pertain to the movies you have currently watched and not discuss ones you havent seen yet, but that is the nature of watching a series of movies after they have come out.
