IIRC the best way to find one, pick an area like the Mothyards (one with a lot of patrol beacons), and accept the patrols and immediately decline them, then leave the area to reset the patrols. They might be on a timer tho, and it's been years since I've done that, so they may immediately reset or you might have to Sparrow around for awhile. --- |
