I don't watch football. no. the offensive line is a shitshow and our receivers actually just sort of suck for now. it looks worse than it actually is; coming in to this game, the pats had scored 39 offensive touchdowns, putting them behind teams like the chiefs and saints by very little (both had 43). this, i think, indicates a situation where receivers mildly suck at actually getting open. the pats had 16 rushing touchdowns at that time yet could only manage 3.7 yards per carry to that point. i think that's really telling of what they've been forced to do in the red zone. --- |
