And even then they would have to prove in court that he himself is the operator of youtube itself, which as it currently stands would be hard to do. Still possible, still warrants concern but hard to do on the FTC's end. And as the title says, the entire speech by that FTC dude was saber rattling and trying to get people to panic, which is why I'm not a huge fan of Chadtronic's response to this because he's doing exactly what the FTC wants, even if concern is warranted.
