| Sonic23004 07/19/19 12:01:20 PM #9 | Every single Midnights Edge video spews out complete unverified bullshit, and even though they couch their content in this is just a rumor as a preemptive defense, its clear from their wording, style, and overall alarmist everything is awful behind the scenes all the time tone that theyre expecting viewers to take what they say at face value. For reference, theyve been claiming that Star Trek: Discovery is an unmitigated disaster behind the scenes (admittedly, it has had a turbulent production history) and a huge financial failure and basically already cancelled since before the show even premiered. Production on Discoverys third season is currently underway. Midnights Edge is the Fox News of nerd culture, with an even more overtly alt-right bent. Their scripted videos toe the line, but when they go off script its a matter of minutes until they start bitching about SJWs. Perhaps theyre onto something with their latest conspiracy theory, perhaps its nonsense. I just know that once you watch their channel enough and you see the patterns, its impossible to take them seriously as a news source. --- Sometimes science is more art than science, Morty.
