What do you mean "don't know how dating sites work"? Dickpics aren't a must to get a convo started y'know. And it's quite hard to know what someone sent you a picture of without openingen the convo..

Besides, the law concerns unsolicited pictures. If the recipient actually agrees to see your penis it's no problem. I don't see why you would oppose of the law unless you're one of the guys sending unwanted dickpics to people.
