Cops aren't always sensitive to mental illness, so sometimes a simple wellness/welfare check can go horribly wrong. While I've never had an issue outside of my school resource officer when I was in high school, I'm a little uneasy around police for sure. And I mean, by the time most women realize they're pregnant, they're 5 weeks at least. I didn't know for sure until I was almost 11 weeks. But 6 weeks pregnant (for heartbeat bills) is only being 2 weeks late on your period. The fetus has only been forming for 4 weeks. And the fetus is the size of a sweet pea. If a woman miscarried at that time, most people would be consoling her by saying "Oh, you weren't very far along; the baby was barely formed really; it wasn't r e a l l y a baby yet", yet the woman would be a murderer if she aborted at that time? --- Des Yeux Brises Qui Ne Verront Jamais |
