I think this is what got people upset. She wasn't the first person to be badly injured from hot coffee but you can bet the other individuals weren't receiving the originally reported 3 mil for their injuries. Either way that jury fixed the problem because McDonald's was being negligent.

When you're playing Death Stranding, just remember that it's not like other games. Kojima's vision is incredibly artistic, almost to the point where you have to be paying complete attention to it to even remotely understand his meaning. I remember carrying a package in Death Stranding (though I can't remember what it was), where I thought the game was absolute bollocks during the mission. Then, I closed my eyes for a second, and all of a sudden the game and task had an entirely new meaning. It was insane the way Death Stranding could just become something so different when you take a look into Kojima's mind.

Another thing you should note about Death Stranding is that it's easy to get a headache playing it. Not because it's a bad game, but because of how many ideas the game is riddled with and how complex they are. Soon enough your head will fill to the brim and the rest will just sound like noise to you. Just turn it off and give it a play the next day.

If you don't like the game, you'll definitely at least enjoy watching through the cutscenes, and picking apart the story itself and all of the artistic values that go into making it the complexity that it is.

Much respect to you actually going back to play them in order. A lot of people skip those games because of how old they are, but honestly they aged well especially considering those technical limitations.

I never played them and MGS is my favorite video game series ever. I actually had no idea they existed until after playing MGS2 and I was hooked in. I read about the plot in the first 2 to catch up

Not that it's a bad thing but I always see women driving Corvettes.

Every time I decide to sit down and finally finish the game I end up at Fisherman's Horizon and that's it

And yet, the scientific community continue to make silly diagrams like this and pass it off as fact when it's nothing more than a theory. Like I'm expected to believe that the T-Rex evolved to become the modern bird because their diagram said so. If people expect me to fully believe in evolution (And I did when I was younger), they need to show more evidence.

That's how scientific evolution works. Find anything that looks similar throughout history, make a chart, and then come up with anyway possible to connect them.

Ive been married 5 years. I rarely get hit on irl and theyre not guys Im typically attracted to. In this case I was. And the reason I made this post was to talk about how my husbands behavior changed once I told him about it. People get comfortable in marriages and its like he suddenly remembered I could have another man if I wanted to.

So ya I was about to post something similar and wanted to discuss how my husband's behavior changed. I was about to label the thread my husband's behavior changed when I get hit on by a Chad but decided to just go with a Chad was hitting on me at the bar. Anyway

I traveled to the main office this week and was out with coworkers at a bar the other night when one of the other sales guys on a different team noticed me. He kept hovering around me and checking me out. He was tall, hot with an athletic build and very confident. He started chatting me up and being super smooth with compliments, saying my husband is a lucky guy. He asked me to dinner but I said I was tired lol.

But the fun part is I told my husband all this and hes being extra nice to me bwahahaha. He had been a turd to me these last few weeks. Snapping at me for no reason, coming home super late then not talking to me, giving me the third degree on buying little things for my mom, etc. We had a fight a week ago about it and he blamed it on being tired, and I told him he cant take that s*** out on me. Well he finally apologized for it last night and said he should treat me better. Hes taking me out to an expensive dinner tomorrow. He wants to take me shopping (he rarely buys me anything). Hes even coming home early today. I guess hes a little scared now lol. I normally dont get hit on very much but I also dont go out a lot. I guess I should go out drinking more often or something.

i'm a strike task sergeant with the highest accreditations in my field. i spend 40+ hours a week on a gamefaqs message board full of all guys. great posters and fulfilling work.

i live with my parents at home still, so i have no understanding of attraction and communication. i spend 90% of my free time alone.

all my friends are online, i'm not even sure if they're really my friends or using me for my K/D....which means literally 0 social circle that involves girls. not a big deal since i have literally 0 desire for a relationship and want to spend most of my free time ranking up.

but then...there's that rare 5% of the time i start to feel some sexual desire or want some company. it is a biological imperative after all and i'm not a sociopath. that 5% of the time is why i started trolling. so that i can pretend to be the person i wish i was whenever i want. i know the exact process and have perfected it down to a science.

i have no desire to do it every night or even that often, since it still takes time and mental energy. but just by knowing it's an option and knowing my exact process and that it is effective, that gives me peace of mind. if i wanted to, i could literally just do this gimmick whenever.

being a third degree black belt is a very big part of who i am, but it is far from the only thing going on in my life
