I honestly don't know...my great Grandma is the only person that fed them to me. I think she boiled them then fried them. They were good, though.

Not anymore, but years ago there was this hole in the wall gas station/bar south of town. The old man that owned it was always cooking up some bbq. I remember when we found out that it was racoon bbq! Lol best sandwiches I ever had!
