I feel Sunmi doesn't get as much love as she deserves. She puts out a lot of great songs and I'm very fond of her odd videos too. Plus she has a sexiness to add to it.

The duality of Dragon Eyes Yeji is really amazing. When she's in performance mode she's hella fierce and sexy. But off stage when she has her hair down and minimal makeup, she has such soft, cute features.

Yeah, I feel that way about Joy as well sometimes. But I also think you NEED duality for Red Velvet since she features two different forms of music genres in one.

I've seen many pics of her with smiles and happiness while other pics show such a sexy and darker side of her.

For Yeji, as you've said, she also has multiple facets about her but its usually her interviews and how sometimes she can come off a little ditzy but she portrays herself in her videos in such a strong way.

I still feel that no one can beat Sana when it comes to adorable innocence though.

I wish, because they removed the Force Unleashed, they should make a movie or a mini series based on it and make it canon. Rather than just simply "place" it there, I wish they would allow it to add to the Star Wars canon. Darth Vader with an apprentice is something I truly want.

You played as some other characters in the missions. They can be kinda meh...but had to do with the story so it wasn't like it was totally useless in the grand scheme of things.

Game was great if you want to compare it to any other Spider-Man game. It was fun, but I can see where it feels like it stopped short.

Watched 3 episodes, it's really good.
I was kinda afraid it would suck at first because they went full GoT in the first episode, with unnecessary focus on flashy, senseless violence. I get the feeling they were trying to attract GoT fans.
Also in the first episode still, Cavill seemed to have trouble emulating Geralt having presence while still having dulled emotions, it looked like he was trying to make him more sassy or remarkable than necessary.

But then it started getting good

Granted, have you played the game? There's a bit of senseless violence when I fight...lol

Also, Geralt has been pretty sassy too...at least in the games.

I'm excited to see it, I just hate that it comes out on the last day off before I head to work for the week. So Star Wars Thursday night and Witcher Friday morning. Sounds like I'll have a great two days.

I don't think its a standard but I do think people shouldn't be total dicks. Just this week alone, I've dealt with entitled people who want everything then and there. When I have several tables to run and I work in a "quick service" industry, its rough when people don't care if we're understaffed and you could see the sweat on my face from how fast I have to move to get things done.

I love it. I was worried I was going to waste money since it was EA and I don't trust them but I ended up loving every minute.

Lol you sound like you're not really interested in watching all those movies or maybe you just don't have the funds which is fine but like...if you have even A LITTLE money to spend, 7 dollars a month for Disney+. You get Marvel AND Star Wars..

The holdup is I don't have the blu-ray/DVD and it hasn't come up on a streaming service I subscribe to.

I guess you didn't get Disney+ then? I guess that makes a bit of sense. I actually rented all the MCU movies when I watched them in chronological order right before Endgame came out.

As for it being awful, I think maybe some people think that it is but I really enjoyed it...especially over Iron Man 2.

You can take out most of the Avengers and the series will probably still make sense. Really, its a Captain America movie because Iron Man is painted as the antagonist and Cap is the protagonist.

but let's be honest: Batman's overrated. That's probably the best example I can give you.

Don't get me wrong, Batman is great. Overrated doesn't mean something is bad, it just means that its given TOO much credit.

The anime has many faults but I still prefer it over the manga. I can't read the manga very well because there's a lot going on in the pages. I watch the anime in short bursts rather than weekly. I marathoned the Whole Cake Island arc and was satisfied even with the padding. I love watching on my Roku because I can tell exactly where the episode starts(where the episode title pops up) and I can just scroll past the opening and all the opening padding.

Although I know that's only a cop out..if you can read the manga, go with the manga. Its definitely the better way but like people said earlier, there were only some things you could do in the anime such as comedic timing and the music. Luffy singing on Skypiea, for instance. It wouldn't be as funny or entertaining if it wouldn't have been for it being animated.

Gamer Monopoly tends to be faster paced and fun. It ends after so many turns around the board.

While its not cheaper, I am the only person in the house and I'm not about to make a pot of coffee for one cup. I don't drink THAT much coffee. I'll drink one cup a day when I'm even home. Its mostly convenience for me. Plus I have like 10 different flavors in my cabinet in case I want to taste something different. I rather get 10 different coffees than 10 different flavored creamer btw >_>

I'm enjoying it. I just finished a planet and its pretty fun. Then again, I'm big on Star Wars. The exploration is my favorite part so far.

I think the issue has been how its become less about comic books and more like the movies that are based on those comics and since the X-Men movies weren't doing so well, its not as relevant to today. In fact, Iron Man was nowhere near as popular nor cared about at that point and look at it now? People know Guardians even..and that's such a big hit too.

As someone who loves reading comics, I like Bendis. Then again, I tend to have a low standard for what I do enjoy, according to people. After all, I like all the Star Wars movies.

I need to play Yakuza 2 first and then I'll try getting the remastered. I'm happy they're releasing them since I got 6 on sale.

Or maybe, just maybe, they're just glowing sticks that don't hurt you at all because even tazing little kids like that would be fucked up.

Its also possible that they have been training even sooner and they're adept at that style of training and know where not to swing.

I just read this whole topic and this, this post made me laugh so hard. TC is Thanos, confirmed.

D. They cater to people of all ages because once you realize that comic books have been a staple of America since early 1900s, you realize that you're a dolt. Seriously, they're not the greatest nor a fantastic part of films but they're very entertaining for what they are and portray comics in a different way. People grew up reading them and get to see them on a screen. Marvel and DC are part of America like manga are part of Japan.

I don't know why, I just put it on Japanese voice acting even when the dub is pretty good. I think was Fire Emblem Three Houses.

k dramas are really good. i like it better than the music from korea. also, i hate computer animation and since that's all you get in anime nowadays i don't watch it anymore.

I find it funny that I sit and watch and understand the formula now. There were terms that weren't translated and it used to confuse me such as Ahjumma, Ahjussi, noona, unni, or hyung.

I already knew what oppa was though. Its definitely gone from guilty pleasure to something that I can say will be staying with me for a long good time. I used to be worried people would think me weird if I were to say I enjoy it but I'm pretty open with my obsession with Korea now.

I had been getting into Korean pop for awhile. It started when I saw someone post a video of Girl's Generation on this site and I liked it. I added the group to my pandora and I'd hear music at the gym. It started with Blackpink and 2ne1 and then last year, I wanted to see more and began listening to Bigbang and BTS and then I searched for more and more such as Got7 and others. Anyway, enough rambling about that.(huge kpop fan now)

Then I wanted to see what Korean dramas were like so I found a random one on netflix called "Something in the Rain". I liked it. Then I found another on Hulu and enjoyed that one even more. Since last November, I mostly watch these dramas, largely ignoring my anime that I loved so much. I liked Shonen and all the other different anime but always enjoyed the romance comedies as a guilty pleasure and I guess there are MORE Korean dramas that fulfill that pleasure.
