I don't have anything to read.

I've read generally everything that interests me now, and I can't really find anything new. If I do, there's usually only like, a handful of chapters, and it's a monthly series.

I really hate monthly series, even if most of the ones I like are that. Yeah, the chapters are generally much longer, but like, I don't feel like that justifies having to wait a month for a new one. It's just large downtime, and plot moves either at a snails pace, or entirely way too fast.

And then they ALSO go on hiatuses, like weekly series do occasionally. THAT pisses me off the most. Like you have an entire fuckin' MONTH. And you're SKIPPING ONE.

Okay so there's a three part epilogue, that's an entirely different title.

It answered some stuff that was left unanswered in the main series, but the epilogue was advertised in the last chapter, so why didn't they just...put these into the main series.

It makes the ending not shit if these were just the ending.

I finished the Psycho Pass 2 manga.

Apparently one based on the 3rd season started last year, but information on it doesn't exist, other than it is a thing and it's by Shueisha.

Been playing via a friend's copy via family share; it runs atrociously for me normally. It gets significantly better if I use the method to bypass some of the drm they implemented in the latest patch though.

The fact that this works is absolutely hilarious to me. In fact, if I accidentally close the confirmation window, I tend to outright freeze for 3-5 seconds. The constant fps gains are super noticeable.

(am still windows 7)

I'm assuming that pop-up ends the anti-cheat garbage they're running, because of course Capcom would tank the CPU for anti-cheat, because if nothing else can use the CPU, then no cheat programs can run.

It just has the side effect of not letting the game run, either.

I was talking more about the Manga than the show, which I don't want.

The manga has been on hiatus for like a year, because the artist lost a flash drive that had all the chapters on it.

And instead of just redoing it, they got someone else to make the manga, and instead of just continuing off at the last chapter, they're skipping over the War Game arc, which is fuckin ridiculous.

The responses in this topic remind me of the one good point/joke ever made about the general reaction to the Crocodile Hunters death.

He said hes not an ass for making fun of the Crocodiles Hunters death because hes not a hypocrite, when people die going 200mph on a motorcycle on the freeway we just say what is that idiot doing he got what he deserved, yet the crocodile hunter plays with dangerous animals and gets killed and we all felt sorry and sad for him.

Stingrays aren't typically a dangerous animal, and he had no reason to expect it to attack him like it did because they would rather run away than try and fight something.

Also, Steve Irwin was a treasure. What, exactly, did these dudes do besides drive a car entirely way too fast in a residential area and then fly into a fucking building and die? Did they teach people how to properly deal with animals? Did they help endangered animals? Did they do anything worth noting aside from putting other peoples lives in danger?

Of course people are going to be sad that the friendly guy who just wanted to help animals and teach other people about them died, over some dude who wanted to go fast.

You could just get a cheap external HDD and transfer everything over to it.

You'll probably get faster loading times, too, since the internal HDD is slow as fuck.

To be on the safe side, I'd make sure your data is backed up. You don't necessarily have to jump straight to replacing the hard drive, on the off chance it's nothing catastrophic, but you should definitely have a backup.

Seeing as it's just a console though, you only really need to backup your saves, if you don't cloudsave with PS+.

I'm not aware if you can even backup the individual games unless you use an external HDD.
