The standouts are little pegs you install between the case and the mobo to keep the mobo from touching the case, and also to keep it solidly in place inside the case. If I recall they should line up with screw holes in the case, as long as it's compatible with the size of your mobo (there should be markings to indicate which screw holes are the ones you need between ATX, miniATX and microATX) My motherboard documentation says it's ATX Are the standouts included with the case?
