I keep being knocked down while right on the edge of making the normal leaderboard (this time by my 3H pick), but I managed to land on the inaugural Second Chance leaderboard!

Yeah I had GTA V > Xenoblade, obviously if I switch that around I'm on the leaderboard for sure. I mean only like 6% had Xenoblade.

In the end, all the games that were in contention to win the division ended up really close to each other. Except Fire Emblem.

I'm just off the second chance leaderboard, and I never would have expected it to be because of Zelda going so low! It was my lowest scoring match.

#1 sounds like it could work for some people, but honestly, are you ever going to sleep? No matter how tough you are, you won't survive an attack while you are asleep.

#2 sounds reasonable at first, but you'd feel like trash with no ability to maintain your hygiene. The bad breath would be real. You can't see anything in the dark, and you probably don't even have a bed? Just the cold, hard, floor? Still, it's a safe choice I guess....

#3 isn't an option, 30 days of no sleep would cause some serious mental degradation.

#4 only really applies to people who aren't single, or more specifically, people who have been together long enough to be in love. I guess if you are super charming, you might take the risk, but I think people might underestimate the pressure of the time limit, and act unnatural.

So, since I can't really choose #4, it's between #1 and #2. A billion dollars is insane, but I'm not a fighter, so let's just say there is a 50/50 chance I get offed? Not sure I like those odds.

I might have to get stinky.

I guess I could never get over the Galaxy games kind of being pushovers when you look at their level of acclaim and being main entries in the Mario series.

Also, I really thought Smash was going to challenge BOTW, so if it loses here, that would be quite the massive miss on my part.

I like cooking at home, it's just time consuming in regular life. But now that I'm at home nearly 24/7, I've been able to make all kinds of things. In the end, it saves a lot of money, and I can control what I eat. Less salt, more vegetables, and so on. Restaurant food starts to wear on me when I eat it too much of it - again because it's often super salty, and has a certain quality that makes it different from food made at home. Processing, flavour enhancements, whatever it is.

The grocery store I frequent isn't busy an hour or two before closing (8-10pm). I just buy a lot of things at once. But, my city seems to be weathering this better than most.

I forgot about the break, so I guess I can try making match pics for next round without the need to rush. Also, search the fridge for dinner.

Only division 6 so far, with Persona 5>Portal 2.

Division 8 I was one match off, terrible pick of Hearthstone beating Divinity. I even knew it bombed last time.

Division 7 I picked Dragon Ball in round 1 and TLOU to win the division.

Division 2 I messed up Borderlands/Horizon.

Thanks, firefdr. I was nearly eliminated by Dragon Age too... but my wishy-washiness caused me to change my mind right before the match. I really thought this thing was gonna go to round 4. I was trying to figure out how to not pick the top 3-4 games with the least amount of risk.

It's too bad about the rule misunderstanding, but thanks to ctesjbuvf for taking the time to do this. Keeping track of stuff like this takes time, although I suppose most of us have a lot of extra time right about now.

I was going to say, everybody went for GTA V except me? I wasn't touching that if I didn't have to; GTA V and Red Dead Redemption can reasonably be assumed to be in the same ballpark, I'd say. I was guessing GTA V would be a little better, but not by much.

I do have GTA V winning the division in my bracket... mostly because I had to choose something. Not that my bracket is going places.. So, if GTA V can't pull it out, then I'd be thrilled to at least win one of these mini-contests.
