Jordan Edwards. 15 year old kid in Texas who was at a house party. When the cops arrived to break it up, one of them began unloading on the literal children. As the kids understandably began to flee for their lives, the cop shot at a fleeing car full of children shooting Edwards in the back of the head.

At the trial, the cop testified that he was in fear for his partners life and had no choice. Said partner testified against him, saying there was no threat whatsoever and he had no reason to discharge his weapon. He was convicted for murder.

The problem is that the video evidence does not show how much pressure was being applied, that is why we have to wait for the autopsy results to be finalized.

Floyd saying he cannot breathe does not prove that the officer was depriving him of oxygen. If the preliminary report is true there is a very real possibility Floyd was having trouble breathing because of his, and I am quoting the preliminary results here, "underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system."

We have to wait for the full results of the autopsy before we have all of the information. I am not sure why that upsets some of you so much. I have watched the video repeatedly, and it makes me sick to watch it. I cannot even watch horror movies because people begging for their lives nauseates me and makes me want to throw up. That video simply does not show if the officer was actually applying enough pressure to cause Floyd's labored breathing.

The fact that he fucking passed out is proof that he was being deprived of oxygen you bootlicker.

That's not how the law works. We don't arrest someone and/or haul them away because people are upset. That would be mob justice. Investigations are ongoing.

Youre right. We dont arrest people to appease a crowd. We do, however, arrest people for murder, which we have video evidence of.

I'm not sure what you guys expect. Do you not realize investigations have to occur? Do you not realize multiple people are involved in this? This is not a cut and dry situation just because of a bystanders video. There's surveillance footage. There's body cam footage. There's pending cause of death from the coroner.

It's pretty childish to believe an arrest and charge should happen literally immediately. If that were to happen immediately, before the ENTIRETY of circumstance was revealed, it might would be beneficial for the person being charged (the one in the initial video).

I don't know what to say to people who can't comprehend the totalities and everything involved in this. It does not happen in a day.

Obviously there has to be an investigation. The thing is, though, that we have video evidence of him committing a murder. Thats more than enough for an arrest at the very least. The fact that not even that has happened yet is concerning to say the least.
