The thing is humans in DBZ have a limit to how strong they can get. Eventually, the powercreep makes all of them heavily irrelevant. Saiyans are special because they have infinite growth potential. You can watch them on a PC and drag the screen to look around, but if you watch it on your phone (assuming it has a gyroscope which is most modern phones) it acts like a VR headset (through the youtube app) and you can move the phone around to look in all directions.
