I think most people are too far removed to know what really goes on outside very basic things:

the media hates trump, the media discredits Tara Reade and protects Biden, the Democrats fuck over their good candidates, the dems try to go various lengths for voter fraud because they fucked anyone on their team who talked about policies who people would vote for, etc.

the fact that any bills are written to be confusing in such a way that it is very hard to tell which option you should pick. Like the bill and agree with it? Well yes might not be the right answer.

People only believe what they want to hear, good luck swaying opinions, so reality is it doesnt matter. Many people vote for who the tv tells them to, or because of identity politics and do very little of their own thinking.

So to answer your question, no, probably not. Its more of a lack of hindsight to think well fuck, shit still sucks, they didnt keep their promise on shit not sucking, and things didnt change, maybe Ill vote for the other team next time. Both candidates are generally shit anyways.

Prior military training gets you ready for a harder regiment. It's the same with any job really. If you start from the bottom in one job, you can enter similar jobs at a higher level as you accumulate experience. If you just plainly enter the marines, you can prosper, but your not going to have as easy of a job of it as someone entering from another branch of the military.

Someone entering just the Marines will take years to get to get the discipline and knowledge to progress further, compared to say.... someone who was in a position in the army for many years used to some form of training.

You can immediately go out and play Touhou, one of the harder bullet hell games out there, but you'd have a better chance at success if you had some experience with games like Raiden or Jamestown.

I dont think you understand how ranking works in the US military. You are E2 out of basic assuming you dont fuck up really hard, for every branch. You should be E4-E5 by the end of your first enlistment, from there things slow down but not before.

You also seem to think marines are special forces... which isnt correct. Every branch has different jobs, and different schools to go to, depending on what you enjoy and what type of job you want and your asvab scores youd do a bit of homework and figure out where to go. The navy has the best firefighting program for example, go airforce if you dont like sleeping in dirt and dont mind two mandatory showers a day or you want a medical type job (corpsman in the navy is also good), pick infantry in the marines if you wanna see combat, etc. being a cook in the army or navy isnt gonna help you be a better cook in the marines lol.

The last 3rd party candidate that had any real momentum was Ralph Nader in the 2000 election.

Thats on the lower range of things. Graduated $35k in the hole and did pretty well. Its easy to get $100k in loans if going to med or law school or you really managed to fuck up your loan money.

It costs $7-$10k a year just to sign up and take 4-5 classes per semester. Student loans can be used on anything related so youre gonna have to factor in rent and other necessities for several years too. Working full time in school is a terrible idea, you are likely working a shit pay job, because you dont have a degree yet... and 40 hours a week is asking to fuck your grades up. Realistically if you dont have your parents paying for everything, youll be $35-$50k in debt at the end and work 10-15hrs per week for beer money.

The only popular exercise I won't touch is deadlifts. I've known too many people who hurt their back doing them, even people with normally great form. It's just too risky to me.

Checking in. Had my back slightly rounded doing stiff legged deadlifts, pulled something and deadlifts and cobra hurt like a bitch. Started doing weighed pull ups because they didnt hurt and never looked back.

Dealifts are the most common injury exercise and bench you can guillotine yourself if youre an idiot. Most other exercises require you to really fuck up and do it very wrong to get a crippling injury... like locking out your knees on leg press.

You arent cheating yourself, benching from the floor just takes your shoulders out of the equation. As far as form, try to squeeze your headphone cable in between your pecs. Doesnt really work, but do it right and your arms raise up naturally.

as a citizen you dont have the legal protections and access to lawyers that police do so much easier to get yourself in a world of legal trouble and its really hard to arrest someone and get them to stay in place without handcuffs... easy way to get yourself an assault charge or beat up.

Any routine that incorporates compound lifts is going to be half decent. Its not so much growth hormone levels, effect on CNS or anything like that as much as it is just getting enough stimulus to break down and rebuild muscle. Things like leg extensions wont ever build the mass squats will, same goes for shoulder press vs lat raises, etc. Being an iso champ or hopping around from machine to machine is gonna end up with a beginner spinning their wheels and having huge development flaws and weak points.

I think ice cream fitness 5x5 is a good routine for beginners although Im not a fan of the guy who made it for many reasons lol. Once you get some decent strength you can start doing more volume and stuff like 4 sets of 15-20 squats at 225lb.

If you dont have abs then you arent lean, and each percent of body fat is roughly 2-3lbs. Also takes quite a bit longer for your body to build new muscle than it does to lose fat...

it was less of the one meal a day thing and more that your diet consists of salami, hamburgers and little Debbie snacks... if youve tried every nutrition plan known to man Id think youd realize there are far more optimal ways to make progress than eating salami all day or having a burger and half a little Debbie snack... but Im not here to rag on you. Let me know how it works out I guess.

Was a good game, but been probably 10 years since Ive played it. People were pissed that the 360 version was basically the trial version and were sold an unfinished game.

Vesperia was good, Yuri was a nice change from many protagonists in jRPGs. I think its def a bit more weeaboo ish than some of the other Tales games and couldve done without all the vocab words and cringe dialog. Then again idk basically every Tales game is like that (Graces F was absolutely fucking terrible, makes me want to skip every cut scene) and if Phantasia and Symphonia just spoiled me.

Funny how some people who dont put up with that bullshit, arent shy of physical confrontation and would hit you back, sometimes pick law enforcement as a career.

didnt watch with sound on, couldnt see the guy the cop was pointing the taser at, but first impression it was already a heated incident, cop shouldnt have pointed the taser at him (often easier to work with the public while you arent threatening them...) but guy deserved getting his ass beat. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

I dont know. My old neighborhood was a nice, quiet one. No coyotes or any type of predator animal. Not much traffic. Chill neighbors. We had a big yard. It was a nice suburb. As mentioned, my first cat contracted feline leukemia from another cat.

Then my brother brought home another cat a few years later that he also let outside. He wouldnt venture far. Hed always come home the same day. Until one day he didnt. I went around looking for him and asking people around. Some guy said he saw him and fed him granola. He seemed very nervous when I asked him about the cat. To this day, I think he took him. Who feeds granola to a cat? He was a year old. Then years later, my brother moved out and got yet another cat and tried to keep him indoors. One day, the cat escaped through the front door and he never saw him again. That one was about 3 or 4.

So not much luck for us with cats being outdoors. Even in a neighborhood with no coyotes/wildlife. And theres no way to avoid shitty animal abusers. They can be anywhere.

Had a reply but this archaic website had to reload and fucked it up, so just gonna say Im not sure why tf someone would feed a cat granola but theres plenty of stupid people who wouldnt know cats dont eat granola

Rofl. My cat being an apex predator. This was in a state where alligators eat small children. You wont be happy with my answer but gonna go out on a limb here and say my cats werent killing any endangered species because moles and garden snakes arent endangered.

That and its for piddly piss ass jobs like Dollar Store Manager.

Applying for any big kid, fully functioning adult job is often 2-3 interviews and assuming you already have one of these jobs and your applying for one of these jobs, not Dollar Store Manager, then its a great way to burn bridges and really cut your options short in your industry.

Not to mention the time spent getting on planes and gigantic waste of money it is just for interview practice.

its one thing if you take a day off your job once a month to fuck around and apply and interview at places like Burger King, Kinkos, and Dollar Tree but thats also incredibly stupid and a massive waste of time.

I guess what Im getting at is whoever said they commonly practice interviewing is full of shit, but if they arent well then they arent actually getting any useful experience for jobs that pay a living wage.
