Most of these moves are not stress tested. With a martial art like Karate it's not all a scam, it just really depends on the school, and yeah, a large portion of schools probably aren't very good since it's so popular. | InYourWalls1 05/05/20 2:32:13 AM #69 | Started getting back into a "loose routine" last week, alternating bodyweight workouts with sprinting intervals. I think I definitely overdid it though, going from being inactive for a while straight into all that was a bit too high impact for my joints maybe. Hopefully this week I'll have adapted a bit better. Eventually I'll try to get into some CrossFit bodyweight WODs emblem boy posted... Wish I never even did starting strength. I was lying to myself about just wanting to be strong. Aww haha. I don't regret those days at all. I feel like it really ingrained some good fundamentals in me and it was the first program I did that really captured me with how quickly I began to see results.
