Trump is doing all that he can possibly do. He shut down travel back in January when the Democrats were focused on impeachment. He was focused on trying to prevent the virus from entering the US. He is giving press briefings every day to maintain positivity and let people know what is going on in the upper branches of government. There is nothing more he can possibly do to contain the virus and he acted to prevent it way before it ever got here.

That is why he has the highest approval rating he has ever had. Its why people trust Trump more than the media, according to the most recent Gallop Poll.

I have used the Pythagorean theorem one time in my entire adult life.

It was back when I installed DirecTV and customer randomly asked how far the satellite was from his house. I knew that the satellite was launched from the equator and it sat in orbit at 22,300 miles above the earth. Then I did a google search to see how far his house was from the equator. Then calculated the remaining side of the triangle for the distance from his house to the satellite.

Thats the only time in life Ive ever used it, and it wasnt for anything important. Just casual conversation.

This speaks more towards how shitty and reactionary the media has become over anything else. When you have one political party who hates them and half of the rest of the country has legitimate grievances with them, it's not surprising.

I think it was largely created by rage-bait, click bait, and ratings. Theyre constantly trying to one-up themselves with sensationalism. It has reached a point of absurdity and people are seeing through it.

That isnt reflective though anything hes said over the past week or so. To my knowledge he hasnt said anything about reelection. All of his daily press briefings has been exclusively about Covid-19 and how to handle the ongoing crisis.

He never claimed the virus itself was a hoax. He claimed that the media coverage of him and how he was being portrayed in dealing with the pandemic was a hoax. Certainly not the most accurate use of the word hoax, but claiming that he called the virus itself a hoax is simply a lie.

I already know what youre about to post. Post the whole video if youre going to do it, but you wont because it puts into context what he said about the hoax.

There is room for debate on these issues, but exploiting a crisis to ram in political ideologies is grossly irresponsible.

Have separate bills for social justice and climate change legislation. It doesnt belong in an economic stimulus plan.
