Don't think anything will ever beat the shitstorm that was the PS3 store. Had a simple, quick layout that did the job just fine. A redesign slowed it to a crawl, with crazy load-times and periodic freezing.

Basically, Quarians invent AI.
AI get sentient, become Geth.
Quarians decide to commit genocide.
Geth fight back in order to survive.
Quarians leave and most Geth have no further interest in fighting and would much rather reconcile with their creators.
Quarians keep launching attacks against the Geth on the homeworld with no interest in peace.

Tali is best girl, but still, fuck the Quarians and their attitudes.

I remember hearing they also adjusted the Anor Londo archers. Think the left one had a longer sight range and would shoot you in the back when dealing with the guy on the corner.

If you want to break the game, don't level up. Card enemies to get AP but no XP. Refine cards for spells/items instead of drawing magic.

If your health is yellow, you can keep skipping your turn until the limit break shows up. Junctioning to raise your max HP makes this a much safer strategy.

It is possible to get Squall's best weapon before the end of disc 1 if you get the right cards (but it takes massive grinding). You don't even need the book with the actual recipe for any weapons. Just having the right items in your inventory will make it available.

And yeah, enemies leveling with you kind of sucks. Besides the raise in HP, it changes the spells they have and the drop items. I didn't realize this the first time I played, so I kept fighting in the training grounds and was annoyed that the T-Rex was still dangerous no matter how high my level was.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Not a bad game by any stretch, but I felt very "meh" about it and was just going through the motions until the end.

As past memory cards and hard drives can attest to, I have no problem dropping a game part-way through if I'm not enjoying it.

I always loved what felt like a geeky easter egg in the game. Using electricity on Spring Man turned him magnetic for a bit. Don't remember any other games where a weapon made the boss harder, but using science for what happened here put a smile on my face.

Only once, and I feel I was reasonable about it. Had just gone to an ATM, so only had $20 in my wallet. Made a purchase, and they gave me change as if I had given them $10. Cashier disagreed, so I asked to speak to their manager.

They said they could take my contact information and count down the drawer at the end of the night and mail me the correction later if the drawer was over. Normally, that would have been fine, but that was all the money I was going to have for the next week, so I couldn't wait. They didn't seem thrilled to count the drawer down immediately, but they did it anyway. I got my $10 I was owed, said thank you, and went about my day.

Bought Super G'nG 3 times for the SNES after getting it stolen twice. Didn't beat it the proper way until the capcom collection on PS2. Was one of the reasons I bought a PSP for Ultimate G'nG.

So yes, I feel your pain and would love a new 2D game in the series.

Losing all your souls can be a liberating feeling. With nothing on the line, feel free to run around and explore.

There are three levels of rolling. Fat roll (where you kind of flop on your back), mid roll, and light roll (where you kind of do a diving roll). This is based on how much your equipment weighs.

If you haven't found a weapon you love yet, level up HP and VIT. Can't go wrong with getting more of that. Kind of sucks to put a bunch of points of strength, then find a moveset you love on a dex weapon.

Well, here in 'Murica, we have a large percentage of people dumb as fucking rocks. They don't see distancing/isolating as working at all. They see it as "deaths aren't as many as predicted, so the threat is clearly overblown and we should act normally"

Loved KH 1&2 when they came out and played through them multiple times. Picked up 3 last year, decided to finally play it a month ago. Decided to replay the 1&2 FM versions I've owned for years.

Discovered I don't have any real enthusiasm for the series any more. Yeah, I finished 1 and am working through 2 (used old, abandoned saves I didn't even remember starting) but overall feeling really "meh" about it.

That makes no sense. "Because you didn't buy a Zero game, no more mega-man for you" Zero as an option in the games is OK, but I want the original. I think it was X5 or X6 where you couldn't even play as MM until about half-way through the game.

The environment was cool but the combat is terrible.

If there are any youtubers you watch, I suggest watching a let's play of it. Checked one out a few years ago to enjoy the atmosphere and story. When I finally played the games myself a few months ago, it didn't suck me in the same way.

Because the US is being selective when they want to enforce it, hence the racism angle. Mexican border? Gotta stop them. Canadian border? Meh. Overstaying visas from European countries? No big deal. Coming from a Muslim majority country? Gotta lock that shit down.

I got screwed over by both the chemistry and physics classes I took. The year after I took them, they became considered advanced/honors classes, and they offered "dumbed down" versions with most of the math removed.

As for why take them, like people have said, it can help with college. I got a 3 on my AP calc test, which gave me enough credit in college that I would have only needed a single class to fulfill the math requirement for my degree.

And I don't know why you feel like you can't have fun in an advanced class. In my experience, these types of classes were smaller, and teachers gave us a lot more leeway in behavior, often letting us partner up. Not to mention, teachers seem to think the "smart" kids are also the "good" kids and don't think anything about leaving us unsupervised for half the period while they leave the room to do whatever.

Iceman's cool, but what's the point of a solo movie? He has no white whale to chase, no notable backstory, no archnemesis. He's much more applicable to a long form series.

Yeah, the only major mystery I remember him having from the comics was after Emma had control of his body for awhile. She was doing things he had no idea his body was capable of doing, and she refused to tell him how she did it.

Welcome to my hell of the last 15+ years. I only have regular bowels during the holidays when I eat 3 meals a day. Otherwise, I eat once, maybe twice a day and my insides play mean tricks on me. My head notices the difference, but the part of me that always wins out says "eating more will make me poop more", though experience tells me otherwise.
