What are some good weight lifting/work out apps you guys use if any?

I just use an excel spreadsheet. I increase my lifts at such a slow rate that it's not really necessary at this point for me but if you want to track overall progress it gets the job done. Mostly youre just following a program so it's not complicated in the beginning.

Diet is harder to get a handle on imo and just like everyone in the convo above, im a fan of MyFitnessPal for that. At the very least it will help you eyeball calories/servings to make educated guesses if you don't want to religiously use it.

Those "tell me about a time" questions should get interviewers fired. Either the person conducting the interview should be able to discern the intent of the question and formulate their own that achieves the same goal but is tailored to the position or they're too stupid to do that and can't use the answer for it's intended purpose.

I interview a ton of entry level office workers and most of my decision is made by the time you sit down. I won't waste time having you come in if your resume doesn't make me want to hire you. Youre there to see if you can act like a normal person for 15 minutes while we figure out if the job is a good fit on your end and for you to take a short skills assessment test. I'm the one that knows the job. I should be the one making the pitch for why you're a good fit. Any questions i ask should be in pursuit of that. If i can't do that then why am I even conducting this interview?

Trump would have to give his blessing. Which I doubt would ever happen. Whenever Trump leaves he will cite some conspiracy theory so he will live in the heart of his followers forever. If he's voted out, he'll say it was rigged. If he can't run a 3rd term he'll make up shit about that being designed to specifically keep him out of office or that since he didn't win popular vote, those others don't count and he should get to run again.

To be mildly graphic, compression shorts kept my junk off my leg during row machine and elliptical use. I was putting in like 3 hrs a day between the 2 at one point and was starting to chafe. So it at least had that use.

@Lunar_Savage I do weekly progress pictures in almost the exact same couple poses. You'll hardly tell anything week to week but the slow progress from what builds after months is nice to see. In my case I use it to be more aware of my body and add focus to what I think needs work. You'll start to see things that you wouldn't really notice otherwise and quite honestly no one else will. It's also a nice boost in motivation to see your own progress.

I didn't get too far into it. The story is interesting but the puzzles aren't what I was looking for. Instead of simple but rewarding logic puzzles like in zero escape, you've got these weird dream world puzzles where you must think laterally.

I'm an Optimum Nutrition guy. It's not full of a ton of filler and it's not overpriced. I do the extreme milk chocolate as it tastes better in water imo than the double chocolate. Both taste good in milk. Occasionally, I'll rotate some other flavor in for something different. Every one that I've tried has at least been okay.

Ah. I'm from Pittsburgh. I've had extreme ups and downs in Ohio, though I've mostly been in the cities.

I love Columbus. Cincinnati is average. No opinion on Toledo or Akron. Akron seemed okay. Toledo seemed boring and hick filled but wasn't there long enough to judge.

Cleveland is fucking garbage, especially the north side. I've seen some wild shit there. Only time I ever had a gun pulled on me was outside of the Grog Shop at 6 p.m.

Everyone just walked by as a strung out meth head tried to rob my wife and me.

Saw an on duty cop buying a 12pk of beer while three dudes emptied a blunt onto the floor and roll up weed. Left the gas station to find a bunch of dudes catcalling my wife who was sitting in the car.

Got followed and called gay slurs because I was wearing a flannel shirt.

Had people on numerous occasions try to sell me drugs in broad daylight.

Yeah, fuck Cleveland.

Cleveland is more defined by East/West. You were on the East side which definitely has a worse reputation. Parts of it are nice though.
