It's probably great for dudes who consume video games as artistic pieces and have anime profile pics on social media though, so I'm glad they enjoy it at least. Then by spring if you don't like your gut again, you can start leaning out and it will be more equalized. That being said, there is a chance depending on how big your gut is or whatever that by shrinking it it will make your arms look bigger. I doubt your arms will get *smaller* due to a diet and exercise program. That's usually reserved for starvation. --- |
