Yeah I had a drinking buddy that was real into irish punk, we listened to dropkick murphys a lot. Bro wore a kilt a lot and was the kind of dude that you knew if you were going into a bar with that it wouldn't end well.

He came up and visited a year ago, still had his mutton chops and was going gray in his early 30s. He embraced the live fast culture for sure. He was obsessed with that movie Boondock Saints and always said their spiel before a night of shots.

Jager had a limited run of hot ginger Jager this year and it was damn good, didn't sell well and was discontinued. Kinda sucks, i'd buy it again.

When I was still working at the restaurant I used to work at, when they got Yuengling I was able to try it and I just thought it was gross.

If I'm drinking by myself and I have a choice, the lowest I go is something like Blue Moon or Shiner. When I'm at a get together and all they have is domestic shit I prefer Coors personally. Coors Banquet is especially tolerable. But I mean I'm not going to turn down anything if someone puts something in my hand lol

I think Old Milwaukee and Steel Reserve are the worst beers i've had. Icehouse Edge is kind of vile also. I'll drink them if there's no other option though.

How cheap is your cheap beer? I'm drinking tallboys of Old Style Pilsner and they cost about $2 a can.

Yeah that's about the cost of Yuengling. Stuff like Natty light, PBR, Steel Reserve you can get tallboys at the gas station 4 for $3 or a dollar a can. Yuengling is about he same price as Bud, Coors, Michelob, etc.

I was surprised to see how old Yuengling was. Because it seemed like it was within the past 5 years or so that it became "popular"

It used to only be a local beer, I used to go to the brewery with my brother a lot, and even then in the late 90s it was only a Pennsylvania brew, it originated in either Pottsville or Pottstown, both were pretty close to where we lived. In the early 2000s I saw it in Atlanta finally and was pretty excited.

Cats are in a royal rumble right now, been chasing each other for 30+ minutes, the oldest two. One ran in here and got on the book shelf and the other followed, wondering where she was, and she dived down and body slammed him, made a loud thunk on the floor and I legit thought he was KO'ed and hurt. He got up and stumbled around for a few seconds, but the chase continued. Cats have heads made of steel.

Did it really? everywhere i saw and from people that played its like the game is good but kinda missed the mark or feels uninspired.

5 of the first 8 posts ITT suggested it, so take that as you will. There's a lot of super critics with big opinions in gaming that pick apart anything and everything also. I felt like it did it justice, moreso than anything i've run into.

It was my first ever pokemon game. I rate it a 6/10. It's like the most basic of turn based RPG i've played. I don't know why it has such a cult following. There's like 1 kind of cool pokemon out of every 50.

You can't feel responsible for his long term actions and what he turned into. It's his life and his decisions, you were just his boy and liked getting tanked with him. We all were there at some point, we had those buddies that we got lit with, or drank with. Some move on from it, some stick it out. Don't put that on yourself, it sounds like he needs help if he's going there with it, but he needs a professional if he decides to seek that out.
