TC is looking for a hybrid I think. Which should be around $500.
It is somewhere between a Mountain Bike and a Road Bike.

So it is pretty good on the roads, but can take a bit of a knock...but I wouldn't push it too much with the off road stuff. Reasonable flat trails...but not total Mountain bike stuff.

~So...A good road bike, that can handle some off-road stuff. Ultimately, it will be a better road bike.

They are heavy as shit, and fall apart.

If you just want to ride around the block anything can work.
But if you want a bike to actually do stuff, you will want an at least reasonable bike.

And that's the thing. I would probably use this on a trail every other weekend or so and that's about it.

So I literally know nothing about the Japanese language or for the most part, ancient history.

Excited to go for the food, the history/museums/shrines/temples, any type of nature. You won't see me shopping for body pillows or manga, but I would love to visit places that are kind of unique and different and that you wouldn't find in most places.

You have no idea how excited I am for sushi on a conveyor belt and cheap alcohol vending machines.

Not a huge anymore. Mainly tune in for big PPVs. That said, I thought it might be pretty cool to go to a show.

you should consider taking a bullet train to Kyoto. I went to Japan for 2 weeks in 2004. as part of this community college exchange program thing. most of the time I was in Nagoya. but we spent about 24 hours in Kyoto and that was probably my favorite part of the trip. Kyoto is pretty cool. it's full of history. and if you like temples and shrines, there is one on like every city block it seemed.

Yeah I'm actually considering extending by a day or two now. Feel like there's a lot I want to do is especially knowing I may never come back.
