Best bet is to just let accounts sit on the backburner whenever they have a warning, and to always accept warning moderations. I made the mistake of disputing a warning because I got warnings overturned before, and they stay in your history for a month a half.

That penalty is probably one of the stupidest things Allen has ever come up with

The first 2 encounters are fixed and not on the regular schedule, Dozens upon dozens of people have skipped ahead day by day for months if not years of time and none have seen him show up more than 1 time per month in any of that time. If he was in the available pool every week theres no way that would happen.

Mods can definitely mod without posts needing to be reported. There have been times where people (myself included) have made topics complaining about certain topics still being up and a mod would post saying "it's deleted now". That, plus all the moderations that have occurred in less than a minute

I get that they want to heavily encourage reporting instead of summoning mods to delete something immediately, but sometimes that doesn't always work and that's where the complaining comes in.

Delirious_Beard is a pretty cool guy tbh. I agree with him more often than not
