Have you been showing him where the litter box is and picking him up and putting him in it? Cats instinctively want to bury their waste, they just have to know where they can do it.

Yeah, it's only when I let him roam the living room to play. His litter box is in his box he stays in for now.

Additionally, you may want to buy an enzymatic cleaner for the spots where he's pooping. If you don't clean it extremely well, cats can still tell that they pooped there before and will continue to think it's an appropriate place to eliminate.

So I went to buy a "no go here spray" since he keeps pooping in a hard to reach spot in the living room...wound up buying a comfy bed and 2 toys too.

On one hand, speeding and running aren't justifying a shooting.
On the other, from what I've heard in another topic, his live stream includes him saying he ain't going back to jail and that he was gonna lose em.

On one hand, "I'm not going back to jail" makes it sound like he might resist, and he did have a gun, lending plausibility that he fired or tried.
On the other, he said "They gonna have to catch me" or something similar.
Cop isn't gonna apprehend usually if shot at, so it kinda tells me he was more focused on running than fighting. Maybe

It's real iffy. Also the words said by the officer are callous and dark/disturbing.

Cats are really good at recognizing language. My cat definitely knows what "come on" and "bed time" mean. Though if you're like me you'll be referring to your cat as "sweetheart", "cutie cat", and such as often as its name. But cats will recognize the feeling behind your speech.

Yeah, I tend to default to baby and kitty, but I'm trying not to.
I do it for all cats.
All cats are kitties, all dogs are puppy.

My brother, less so but still.

Mom gave it little over half a can while I was at work. She figured it would stop when full. I thought this was foolish.

Very happy kitty when i got home, very purry.
Found a roach half buried in its litter box. Freaked me out, i hate them IHATETHEM!
Dumped into trash.
Power went out at 8pm, so i went to bed, fed it and gave water and bottle at 4 30-6 am.
Let it play.
