This probably could've been stopped when it began if she had just said "Okay that's making me uncomfortable, let's move off that." inb4 "lol victim blaming???" There was no victim here. Someone with no awareness or social skills quite literally wouldn't understand they were going too far until told so and checked, sometimes it's up to you to do that even if you don't think it's fair. Awkward conversation isn't being a victim. It's just uncomfortable and weird and can easily be handled if you have some backbone, especially if the other person doesn't realize how cringe and out of bounds they may be behaving.
