A total stock market collapse on top of the coronavirus is a bad thing. Bringing in Market leaders to figure out the best way to stabilize the stock market is a reasonable plan of action on top of other measures.

Right there in the article:

Handwashing, at the very least, rinses dirt and poop away afterwords, instead of just mixing it with ethanol and glycerin and letting it dry again.

To keep it 100 I didn't read the article fully. But it does sound like while purell is not a complete measure-- it does help.

To be honest, it makes sense for them to say kitchen is closed at X hour. The customer shouldn't have to anticipate your needs. I shouldn't have to think, ok they close at 9, its 825 now.... can I still grab something? That being said I typically try to avoid going anywhere too close to closing.
