It's interesting. I've been following the stock market every morning (since I'm laid off lol) and have no clue where to go from here. Or when to start selling stuff.

I do a bit of everything.

So I have stuff like HPR because energy isn't recovered and will recover WITH airlines, cruises, and normal travel resuming and is a bit underrated of a position.

For the money I need to be OK I have AAL right now. I am betting my savings it won't lose money in the next 12 months total, so yeah.

Stuff like Disney or Amazon etc are very safe stocks that will year to year tend to rise.

well it is north east but it is literally super close to the 215 at the end of its horse shoe.

Initial cost is pretty flexible as from what I've seen the monthly cost is going to be the same or lower as we are dealing with now and our nest egg is nearly complete a year out.

Yeah it just depends on a lot of different things. We plan on moving next may so we are super early in the decision making process but we decided on Vegas based on a lot of different things including the fact as you said it is pretty inexpensive.

Anyway for reference one of the places we were looking at is 15 minutes north of the strip. Is that still too close?

haha, that explains some of the pricing. I think the area that was least expensive was northeast. These places range from 280-800k I'll have to see who all is offering this sort of thing and in different areas.

My fiance is really hyped for a place that is built just for us haha
