He shared his views at a round table at Passion City Church in Atlanta as the city has been rocked by police over the shooting of Rayshard Brooks last weekend as well as the death of George Floyd He said "We've had a dozen Chick-fil-A restaurants that have been vandalized in the past week, but my plea would be for white people rather than point fingers at that kind of criminal effort would be to see the level of frustration and exasperation and almost the sense of hopelessness that exists among some of those activists within the african american community. We've got a real bad situation, and we dont need to let this moment miss us us. It has to hurt us. we as caucasians, until we are willing to pick up the baton ad fight for our black, african american brothers and sisters" He then began to get up and went to SHOE SHINE Moore's SNEAKERS in a bizarre move suggesting doing this would be a path for racism whites to redeem themselves. His actions provoked bewilderment and criticism as one person said "I supported Chic Fil A when they were attacked for their Christian believes. this just made me regret ever doing that, the man is a fool. He took beef to her name on freshman, 18 y/o Phuc Bui Diem Nguyen as a series of emails were posted by her in her second day of class where he told her her name was offensive because it sounds like an INSULT in English!! She was nicknamed "May" in high school and is proud of her birth name who was looking forward to using it in college but her professor was not a happy camper and she did not want to change it to please him and said she would respond by filing a Title IX complaint if he didn't quit it. Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 is a federal law that states No person in the US shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of or subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.. But Hubbard maintained his objections and then blatantly said "Your name in English sounds like F*** Boy" and even went further with his racism.. She didn't know what Anglicize meant at first so her friend screenshotted it and shared it around on twitter. She said she's never heard of that before and was surprised after googling it and then called her best friend to ask what it meant. Harkins told police he had jokingly pointed the rifle at him just as Cook asked his final question that night to him before Shea stupidly presses the trigger.. The Atlanta Police Foundation gave out in total 2 million after giving out the bonuses No city funds will be used to pay out these bonuses instead it came from the money the foundation raised Dave Wilkinson of the Atlanta Police Foundation said "We felt like it was important at this time because the morale is at the level, there is the rumours of other officers leaving and we just do not want to lose good police oficers" These bonuses were a thank you for those putting in the long hours put in by other officers in the last 3 months They will also put in funds on purchasing 20 new police cars that were destroyed during the protests. He was named the new lead where the outrage over police brutality has been the subject of america's rage in recent weeks since the death of George Floyd as global protests are demanding change in policing and lack of diversity and inclusitivity in the Bachelor from former stars has finally had ABC listening The North Carolina native who now lives in NYC was originally cast in the upcoming season of the Bachelorette but instead ABC decided to choose him as the next Bachelor instead and it was fast tracked as execs were eyeing him for awhile. The next season of the Bachelorette was put on hold amid COVID-19. ABC exec, Karey Burke said they got to know Matt while on hiatus and said he'd make the perfect male bachelor. She says the studio has been eyeing him long before the protests which has lead backlash from the hot franchise not casting black male leads, including from its first black female former bachelorette, Rachel Lindsay who threatened to end her association with the show if things didn't change. Karey Burke said "This announcement wasn't a response to the protest. We could have made this annoucement earlier or later. Certainly no one is blind to what is happening in the world, so hopefully this announcement serves as a bit of optimism during a time we can really use this". It's announced to be 6'5 28 year old Matt James, a former professional football player, now real estate agent..and he attended the BLACK LIVES MATTER protests not too long ago! He was named the new lead where the outrage over police brutality has been the subject of america's rage in recent weeks since the death of George Floyd as global protests are demanding change in policing and lack of diversity and inclusitivity in the Bachelor from former stars has finally had ABC listening The North Carolina native who now lives in NYC was originally cast in the upcoming season of the Bachelorette but instead ABC decided to choose him as the next Bachelor instead and it was fast tracked as execs were eyeing him for awhile. The next season of the Bachelorette was put on hold admid COVID-19. ABC exec, Karey Burke said they got to know Matt while on hiatus and said he'd make the perfect male bachelor. She says the studio has been eyeing him long before the protests which has lead backlash from the hot franchise not casting black male leads, including from its first black female former bachelorette, Rachel Lindsay who threatened to end her association with the show if things didn't change. Karey Burke said "This announcement wasn't a response to the protets. We could have made this annoucement earlier or later. Certainly no one is blind to what is happening in the world, so hopefully this announcement serves as a bit of optimism during a time we can really use this". They dont view this as a "cure all" but they hope this can work towards more diversity and equality in its shows Matt's season will premiere sometime next year as Rachel Lindsay says the network should do more than simply cast a black man in a lead role such as hiring producers of people of colour. She was hoping she would come on as a trailblazer for diversity but in the last 3 years since she was on, nothing changed and it was back to the same white casting. Matt hopes this casting will be a step in the right direction while praising Rachel for speaking out and advocating for change. When asked if it was too little too late, he said nothing is ever the wrong time to do the right thing. Madison went on instagram to answer questions and told followers "I haven't talked to my mom. I'm kind of afraid if they come find me but they can't do anything because i am 18, so it was my choice to leave" She left her home in Greenfield, Ohio on May 17 after telling her mom she was going tanning but her car was abandoned leaving police to believe foul play occurred as her phone was also left behind. A mysterious white man was pictured who was last to be seen with her was circulating that he was her "kidnapper" Even the Governor pleaded for her return as the community and search teams went day in and out scouring for her as her mother and sobbing boyfriend spoke to the media begging for Madison to return..until the phone call came in that she was fine and willingly left.... Madison now says she didn't leave a note at all and said "When i left, i left with just an outfit, $50 in my pocket, my social security, my ID that was it." Sheriff Donnie Barrera says the case is still ongoing but believes the case will end with no arrests She said she wanted to get away from her family and LIVE-IN BOYFRIEND to start a new life and said "I did not want that relationship at all, it was all forced and i remember telling my mom, Hey when i am 18, i'm not going to date him anymore..and now i finally did. So long Cody, i'm free from you" As for the mysterious white man who police thought was the suspect? That man she's with now is named Zack who came to Ohio to RESCUE her as she said "I love Zack, he is amazing. He is so sweet and sexy, I have never felt love like this before. I met him 5 years ago ONLINE. We've been talking all this while i was with my ex". It is now assumed Madison is estranged from her family and Cody and is planning on the move out West to where Zack lives. Madison mentions she was tired of living the life her parents forced her into and the "christian" upbringing was never what she wanted.
