Right but even in your own example all that is happening is that each prospective employer is making their own decision on the matter.

If I scream at your employer that you are a racist he would ignore me...unless you actually did say or do something extremely racist. And your next employer...and so on.

For another thing, do you believe in giving ex cons a chance? Because to many people, someone who uses racist language on air to millions of people is a lot worse than a guy who used to burgle houses and now can't get a job because no one wants to employ an ex-con.

I think if we were prioritising in some weird hypothetical, I would give the ex-burglar more room for growth than the guy who used his powerful voice to put people down on air.

Cancel culture is taking a single action that someone committed (can be anything from anytime) and using that example to prevent that person from being able to live a functional life from that point onwards. Basically using their one moment of weakness or insensitivity to sabotage their life as much as possible (ruin relationships, prevent them from finding work, and badmouth them to anyone who will give an ear).

Bonus points if the truth of the matter comes out but everyone trying to cancel the person doesn't relent because they refuse to admit they were wrong (some people still want ProJared to suffer).

Christ did it take this long to find a obstensible valid answer?

You know the fresh never frozen beef is *almost* true.

As a worker there I can tell you it's legit, except for the chili beef. If you cannot use the meat for the burgers it's frozen and reheated for the chili.

It arrives that way and on rare occasions, fresh beef has to be cooked for the chili.

But it's never frozen upon being delivered from the supplier and to the store.

I worked in freight, I know.
